Kanye West Befriends Holocaust Denier, Meets Trump at Mar-A-Lago

Consequence was the first publication to publish the article that stated Kanye West is friends with Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes and that he is traveling to see Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

Kanye West, a longtime rap legend, is now associated with Nick Fuentes, a white nationalist and Holocaust skeptic. When you assumed Kanye West’s far-right wedge turn couldn’t get any more troubling, the longtime rap legend is now allying with Fuentes.

Bizarre Bunch Makes Trip To Mar-a-Lago

The two had just returned from a trip to Mar-a-Lago, where they met with Donald Trump.

Fuentes, who is only 24 years old, has quickly become one of the most prominent leaders in the alt-right movement because of the provocative beliefs he holds towards women, Jewish folks, the LGBTQ+ movement, and other marginalized groups.

Notably, he expresses admiration for Adolf Hitler, thinks that the Holocaust was an elaborate deception, and is against giving women the right to vote.

In addition, he was present at the “Unite the Right” event that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, in August 2017, and he spoke at a “Stop the Steal” demonstration that took place in Washington, District of Columbia, on January 6th.

And at this very moment, he is socializing with Kanye West.

As West himself disclosed in a new campaign-style video published to Twitter on Thursday night, Fuentes and himself took a trip to Trump’s home at Mar-A-Lago, where they proposed Trump being Kanye’s running partner for the 2024 presidential race. West shared this information in a video formatted like a campaign advertisement.

Debriefing with Fuentes and fellow alt-right public persona and campaign aide Milo Yiannopoulos can be seen in the video. Also in the room is Fuentes. West relates that he entered the room displaying his intellect. Adding that Trump was indeed pleasantly surprised with Nick Fuentes.

Presidential Campaign?

Later on in the video, West claims that he asked President Trump about the reasons why he did not pardon those people who took part in the January 6th insurrection.

For one thing, Trump wasn’t president when many of those individuals were charged with crimes. West also claims that he counseled President Trump to collaborate with conspiracy theorists such as Roger Stone and Alex Jones for his campaign in 2024.

A shouting match ensued, which was followed by Trump making an affront about West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. It appears that Trump turned down West’s offer to be his running mate, which led to the argument.

West had a previous run for the highest political office in the United States in 2020, but his campaign is most well-known for a weird rally in which he decided to wear a bulletproof vest and broke down in tears.

This event is what most people remember about his campaign. West received almost 60,000 votes, including one from Tucker Carlson, throughout the 12 states where his name was on the ballot.

West focused his attention on the other campaign films published on Thursday on the issue that arose from his recent antisemitic statements and the subsequent backlash from those comments.
