HE’S Running: TRUMP Launches 2024 Bid For POTUS

Putting a stop to months of rumors, on Tuesday, former President Donald Trump officially announced his candidacy for president in 2024, an effort to dislodge the GOP primary field in advance of a possible rematch with Joe Biden.

The formal announcement took place in the grand ballroom of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, where he told hundreds of applauding fans that America’s resurgence begins right now.

Trump Promises to Save America

He elaborated that he was running for president of the United States because he wanted to restore America’s former glory.

The 45th president, only hours before his statements, confirmed his candidacy with the Electoral Commission.

He explained that he would work to prevent Joe Biden from being re-elected for a full term of four years. That would be too much for our country to handle.

Polls show that Trump’s popularity among Republicans has dropped since he left office, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is now considered a serious contender for the candidacy.

Grand Entrance

The sound system blasted “Do You Hear the People Sing?” from Les Miserables, as the former president entered grandly.

Trump has stated that the people are pretty dissatisfied as the Democrats continue to make fun of us.

He continued, saying that today we have a president who sleeps through international summits and was found to be in contempt of the British parliament over the situation in Afghanistan.

Only two short years ago, the prospect of nuclear war was unthinkable, but now Biden is driving us to the edge of that conflict.

Trump has promised that if he is given a second, non-consecutive term in office, the United States would once again be a great nation.

He blamed President Joe Biden and the far-left crazies who control our government for bringing America to its knees. We ought not to resign ourselves to this deterioration.

Midterms And Domestic Issues at Stake

Despite the Republicans’ abysmal showing in last week’s midterms, Trump dismissed the results. The Democrats kept their Senate majority, and the Republicans were only a hair away from taking control of the House. President Trump announced that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi had been dismissed.

As he mentioned, they should consider themselves successful if they get even two seats.

Trump argued that politicians and traditional candidates were not up to the challenge of going on the most crooked forces and vested interests conceivable. There has to be a significant social shift for this to be accomplished.

While criticizing President Joe Biden for his conduct and frequent missteps, the former president praised his own initiatives throughout his 4 years in office and claimed he was standing on a “national greatness program.”

Although Biden will be 80 on November 20th, he says he still intends to run for president in 2024.

In his 69-minute address, Trump outlined an extensive policy agenda, but some of the about 1,000 people in the crowd began talking over him and tuning him out at the conclusion.

On domestic issues, Trump earned applause by promising to push for the death sentence for drug traffickers and vowing that transgender athletes would not be allowed to compete in women’s sports.
